To be elgible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, within 30 days of purchase.
Certain types of goods are exempt from return to receive full refund and may be elgible for store credit. Examples including but not limited to baked goods, or perishable items.
To complete return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received, you will receive a notification by email, for further instructions and whether the return is acceptable. If return is approved and a refund is granted, then a partial credit or full refund will be applied back to original form of payment at purchase. Any items returned after 30 days will receive store credit only, once approved. Once return is processed, please refer to your bank for processing times, as funds may not be available immediately by your bank.
Sale items will be store credit only, and not elgible for a full refund or partial credit.
Exchanges are only approved if items shipped were defected at time of arrival.
Gifts are only elgible for exchange, no refunds.
